На всей территории работает бесплатный WI - FI. В каждой комнате отдельные сан узлы. На 1 этаже расположена отдельная кухня на 2 комнаты, на 2 этаже расположена отдельная кухня на 3 комнаты, кухни укомплектованы необходимой бытовой техникой и посудой. В распоряжении мангал, беседки, качели, возможность парковки до 4 автомобилей.
