Посуточно, почасово сдам свою 3-комнатную квартиру в центре Киева по адресу пр-т Победы 5, в элитном Шевченковском районе, возле метро "Вокзальная" или "Политехнический Институт". 4-й этаж 5-этажного кирпичного дома, кодовый замок на подъезде, двойная бронированная дверь, санузел раздельный, есть две больших двуспальных кровати, двуспальный диван и односпальный диван, всего 7 спальных мест. Хороший ремонт, кафель, паркет, новая мебель, встроенная кухня, металлопластиковые окна, большой застекленный балкон выходит в тихий двор. В распоряжении: телевизор (100 кабельных каналов), безлимитный интернет (WiFi), фен, утюг, холодильник, электрочайник, 2 кондиционера, обогреватель, вся необходимая посуда, всегда чистые постельные и банные принадлежности.
Рядом находятся: центральный ж/д вокзал, Универмаг Украина, Цирк, Ботанический сад, пл.Победы, НСК «Олимпийский», круглосуточные супермаркеты, рестораны, ночные клубы, есть охраняемая парковка.

В большинстве фото apartments соответсвуют, НО видимо фото сделаны лет 10 назад, т.к. все что на них изображено, побито временем.
Оставляя задатокДалее за квартиру, нам сказали, что в день поселения нас будет ждать горничная, которой мы и отдадим остаток за аренду. но в день поселения нас никто не ждал, по номеру телефона было не дозвониться, постоянно сбрасывали, и все становилось похоже на развод. В конце концов после получасового штурма мобильной сети нам все таки ответили, сказали что ключ от входной двери в почтовом ящике. То, что входной замок заедал и работал через раз, упущу.
Дальше вошли в квартиру, в ней не было воды было не убрано, даже не подметены полы, по квартире были разбросаны длинные светлые волосы (я брюнетка), интернет и ТВ не работали. Сколько мы не звонили, не жаловались об этих неисправностях, нам только обещали, что придут и починят... пришлось прожить в этой квартире 5 дней, никто ничего за это время не починил. Остается вопрос: за что брали деньги? Так что если будет выбор, снимать эту квартиру или какую-то другую, советую снять другую
