Кухня оснащена бытовой техникой: холодильником, микроволновкой, газовой плитой, стиральной машиной, чайником, а также всей необходимой посудой. Санузел раздельный. Имеется просторная лоджия (курить нельзя). Максимальное колличество человек 4. Квартира удобна для проживания, очень уютная и просторная. Для безопасности гостей квартира находится под охраной и видеонаблюдением. Во дворе есть места для парковки.

Правила проживания:
- В квартире нельзя курить, в том числе на лоджии.
- При заселении берем залог за порядок и сохранность имущества в размере суточного проживания.
- Заезд с 13:00 до 21:00, выезд до 11:30.
- При поселении необходимо предъявить оригинал паспорта.
- Под вечеринки и фотосессии не сдается.
- Проживание с животными запрещено.
- Лицам, не достигшим 21 лет не сдается.

Возможна аренда почасово. Предоставляем отчетные документы.
