В квартире имеется открытый балкон который выходит в тихий дворик. Не далеко от дома находится большой супермаркет (Мегамаркет) и кинотеатр (Батерфляй).
Для гостей предоставляется чистое постельное бельё, полотенца (банные, лицевые, кухонное, индивидуальный коврик для ног в ванную), бумажные полотенца, салфетки, жидкое мыло, одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, чай, кофе, сахар.
В квартире проведена выделенная линия интернет. Кондиционер, бойлер, свч, стиральная машинка, электрочайник.
Полный пакет отчётных документов, работаем по безналу.
