Уважаемые гости, всем предлагаю остановиться в наших уютных апартаментах.
Сдам на любой период 1-комнатную просторную квартиру-студию в самом центре Киева, по адресу ул. Трёхсвятительская 3, до метро «Майдан Незалежності» 2 мин пешком. 3-й этаж 9-этажного кирпичного дома, есть лифт, есть большой балкон, окна выходят в тихий двор. Общая площадь apartments 37 кв.м., санузел совмещен (просторная душ-кабина).
В квартире отличный ремонт, кафель, ламинат, бойлер, бронедверь, кодовый замок, есть вся необходимая мебель, большая удобная двуспальная кровать и просторный односпальный раскладной диван (всего три спальных места).
В распоряжении: телевизор (100 кабельных каналов), безлимитный интернет (Wi-Fi), стиральная машина-автомат, кондиционер, холодильник, микроволновая печь, электрочайник, фен, утюг, обогреватель, бойлер, есть вся необходимая посуда, всегда чистые постельные и банные принадлежности.
Рядом находятся: ул. Крещатик, Европейская площадь, Бесарабская площадь, Михайловский собор, Софиевский собор, Мариинский парк, торгово-развлекательный центр «Глобус», круглосуточный супермаркет, парковка во дворе или недалеко есть охраняемая.
Цена аренды: от 400 грн за сутки, от 50 грн за час, для длительного проживания существует скидка.
Без комиссионных, предоставляем отчетные документы.

Сказали отдать деньги при поселении, когда дошло дело до заезда, позвонили хозяинам, а она говорит что там люди болеют короной и туда нельзя, но есть Далееквартира еще где то. Скидывает фото а там ужас,  так еще и 800 указано в стоимости, а она нас просила 1000. Не советую.

Мы приехали в апартаменты, во первых хозяин apartments не Денис, а какая-то женщина, не успел ничего рассмотреть, она в темпе попросила оплатить проживаДалеение и ушла. Мы зашли и увидели, что в доме всё просто пропитано плесенью, всё в ужаснейшем состоянии, деньги не вернули.
