Затишна, ідеально чиста квартира. Зручне місце розташування: поруч автовокзал, ресторан "Круаж","Вогнем і мечем", "Завокзальний ринок", супермаркет "Слон", дві зупинки до ТАМ-ТАМу. Біля будинку парковка для автомобілів. У квартирі три окремі кімнати, чотири окремі спальні місця, можна комфортно розмістити 7 гостей (2+2+2+1). Ліжка оснащені німецькими семизональними ортопедичними матрацами, диван новий. Є вся необхідна побутова техніка, в тому числі два телевізори, посуд, чиста постіль. Безлімітний, високошвидкісний інтернет, Wi-Fi. У квартирі категорично заборонено палити, на святкування НЕ здається.

Орендували квартиру для сім’ї з 25 по 31.01.  Попросили пані Ольгу про заселення о 10.00 год. оскільки приїхали до Луцька о 9.30 год. з двомДалееа маленькими дітьми. Нас поселили без додаткової плати. Квартира велика, затишна і дуже чиста. Ніяких посторонніх запахів навіть у туалеті немає. Тепло (діти були лише у футболочках). Чоловік особливо прискіпливо відноситься до матраців, але ніякого дискомфорту після сну не відчував. Постіль та рушники нові, чисті. Дуже задоволені і квартирою, і гостинністю власниці. Будемо зупинятися тільки у неї.
