There is an elevator in the house.<br /><br /> The apartment has everything for your comfortable stay, modern household appliances, air conditioning, autonomous heating, high-speed Internet and Wifi, bed linen, towels, dishes and other kitchen utensils.<br /><br /> Near the apartment: - Grocery store - Coffee shop - Parking for cars in the yard - Uzh River - Embankment - Children&#39;s playground - Linden alley - Transport bridge - Regional hospital - Diamed clinic - Neurosurgery center - Bus station - Railway station.<br /><br /> For a stay of 1-2 days, the price for 2 people per day is 1600 UAH. The railway station and bus station are 12 minutes&#39; walk away. Maximum number is 4 people. The price is indicated for 2 people, each additional person +150 UAH. On holidays, the price is negotiable. Check-in after 14:00 Check-out before 12:00 Payment methods: cash/cashless. Check-in only upon presentation of a document certifying the adult.
