В маленькой комнате раскл. диван и двуспальная кровать, в другой, новая спальня с ортопед. матрасом ВЕНЕТО + дополнительно 1-но спальная раскл.кровать, кондиционер зима-лето. Возле дома базар, супермаркет, стоянка АВТО платная и парковка. К остановке идти 1 мин. До Дерибасовской 8 км (на маршрутке - 15-20 мин.) Рядом Куяльницкий лиман и санаторий Пирогова, МЕТРО, РИВЬЕРА, СЕМЬЯ. Цена зависит от кол-ва людей и дней проживания. Командировочным предоставляю отчётные документы - ЧП на едином налоге - 3группа. Могу встретить с вокзала на своём авто.

Жилье хорошее. Единственное, что хозяйка оставляет желать лучшего. Если говорит, что перезвоню буквально через 5-7 минут, то ждите звонка через час. ПДалееостоянно вінуждает ждать. Когда договариваемся, что в 12-00 будем сдавать квартиру, я за 10 минут раньше приехал и ждали её пока она прийдёт из дома. Не понравилась только хозяйка
