Есть все необходимое для проживания: центральное отопление, бойлер, кондиционер, стиральная машинка, рабочее место. Квартира уютная, подходит как для одинокого путешественника, так и для семьи.
Жильё.
Очень удобное месторасположение, вышел с подъезда и площадь Независимости, при этом место тихое. Возле дома куча кафе, ресторанов, торговый центр. Удобная транспортная развязка. Сама квартира очень уютная. Делалась с душой.

Вся квартира только в распоряжении гостей, спальня не проходная, светлая и теплая.
