Расположение очень удобное, в 2х минутах ходьбы от парка, в 10 минутах ходьбы до центрального бювета, в 5 минутах ходьбы до магазина, напротив через дорогу Пансионат "Одесса" и практически все санатории, через дорогу есть платный бассейн. Кирпичный дом, квартира находится на 1 этаже, чистый подъезд под чип. 2 раскладных дивана (4 спальных места). Кухня, душ, туалет, прихожая. Круглосуточно холодная / горячая вода, кабельное телевидение, беспроводной интернет, холодильник, газовая печь, весь кухонный комплект. При необходимости можем помочь с лечением, посоветовать. Вас встретят и проведут непосредственно в квартиру!

Отдельная квартира, дом - украинский кирпич, в квартире 1 комната. Квартира односторонняя. В квартире 4 окна, вид из окон на парк. Квартира стандартная, планировка комнат раздельная. Есть газ, кухонная плита газовая. Холодная вода - водопровод, горячая вода - электрический бойлер. Есть отопление. Совместный санузел, туалет/ванна. Сантехника в нормальном состоянии. Входная дверь деревянная. Покрытие полов - паркет. Балкона нет. В квартире есть телевизор, кабельное тв, интернет, утюг, фен, шкаф, холодильник, кровать, посуда, спутниковое тв, счетчики. Централизованная канализация. Общее состояние apartments - хорошее состояние. Рядом есть супермаркет, парк, лес.
