Заселялись в квартиру 30 червня 2021 року. Перед заселенням телефонували до адміністратора і нам вказали ціну 350 грн за 2 осіб. Перепитували 2 рази зДалееа ціну, відповідь була однакова. Коли приїхали заселятись інша адмінстратор вказала ціну 400 грн за добу, на що ми здивувались, але все одно забронювали квартиру. Сама квартира непогана, проте були недоліки: перш за все неприємний запах курива, інше- телевізор, який показував чорно-білим кольором, незручне ліжко з жахливим матрасом, наполовину робоча пральна машина. На це все ми мало звертали увагу, оскільки в квартирі за час знімання (з 30 червня до 2 липня) знаходились мало часу. Окрім того, великим недоліком було те, що не закривались вхідні двері (тільки на ключ). Згодом, на другий день, після зняття квартири ми виявили і те, що зовнішня ручка вхідних дверей просто трималась на волосці, згодом взагалі відпадала, що було вкрай неприємно.
Після виселення ми зателефонували адміністратору і сказали повернути завдаток 200 грн. Проте, остання, лише після нашого дзвінка через наступних 2 днів відмовилась повертати гроші, обґрунтовуючи це тим, що ми зламали ручку!
ДУЖЕ НЕПРИЄМНО, зважаючи на те, що цей величезний недолік був зроблений не знашої вини.
Квартиру вкрай не рекомендую! Персонал жахливий як і сам стан квартири!!!!
