Всегда есть горячая вода - в квартире современная газ.колонка. В кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, СВЧ -печь, варочная поверхность, холодильник, эл.чайник.
Санузел раздельный.  В ванной комнате- душевая кабина, умывальник, стиральная машинка.
Уютно и чисто. Стараемся, чтобы Вам понравилось.

Квартира має зручне розташування, у центрі міста, поряд парки, ТРЦ, місця для відпочинку. Чистенько. Є всі заявлені в оголошенні зручності. Господиня Далеепривітна.
Із недоліків: квартира розрахована на 4 особи, а на кухні тільки 3 стільці. Телевізор працює, але пульт не працює (треба замінити батарейки).
Рекомендую дане житло для проживання, та ще й за помірну ціну.

Квартира неплохая. Болеее менее чисто. Диван в плохом состоянии, еле разложили. Нет балкона. Телевизор не работает.
