  • How can I rent accommodation on your website? Can you help with the selection of housing?

    We can advise you on the use of our resource, but we do not currently have a housing selection function. All rental issues are discussed directly with the landlords.

    Each ad on the site has contacts of the owner, which can be contacted directly. Some ads also offer the ability to submit an online booking request. You can view all accommodation options where this option is available in the "Online booking" section.

  • Do you give any guarantees?

    All ads that are added to the site are pretested, but to find out how good a particular landlord is possible only after some time, when we receive any feedback about his work. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all verbal agreements between the guest and the homeowner will be complied with and that the accommodation will meet all the stated amenities. However, on our site in many cities there is a section "Online booking", which houses only verified landlords and the entire booking process is carried out online through the site, so we are the guarantor of a secure transaction, with certain guarantees for guests and owners.

  • How do I register on the site to post accommodation?

    If you are not yet registered on the site, you need to click «Rent accommodation» and fill out the registration form. After filling in all the fields and tabs, you will have a personal account where you can create ads.

  • What is «Online Booking»?

    In apartments where this option is connected, you can send a booking request on the dates you are interested in through the site and if the owner accepts your application, prepayment will also need to be made through the site.   • How to leave a review about living in an apartment?

    In order to leave a review, you must first register as a «Guest» and confirm your e-mail in your personal account in the «Contacts and notifications» section.

    Then you need to go to the page of the apartment where you lived, and click «Leave feedback about the apartment» at the bottom of the page. After filling in all the fields of the form, you need to click «Save», after which the code you specified will be sent a code that will need o enter the field that appears. After that, your feedback will be sent for review.

  • How to recover my password?

    If you do not remember the password, we recommend using the «Forgot your password» function when logging in. You will need to specify the mail with which you were registered, after which a letter will be sent to it with a link to the password change form. Sometimes such a letter can get into the «Spam» folder, do not forget to check it if you have not received the letter in the «Inbox».
