Daily Rental Rules
1. In order to rent an apartment on our website, you need to select the object you need (apartment, room or house for rent) on the city page, go to the page of this object and contact the owner directly.
2. You can contact the owner of the object using the contact information specified in the «Owner contacts» field on the page of each object. Then you will have two options to do: call or write an e-mail.
3. Booking conditions, prepayment amounts, the possibility of canceling reservations, penalties and other conditions are negotiated directly with the owner of the apartment, and are individual for each owner / agency.
Rules for placing the ads on the site
The main criterion for renting a dwelling on the site of the daily rent Doba.ua is the criteria for the compliance of the apartment with sanitary norms and rules for residential non-commercial premises with which each owner can get acquainted on the link «Terms & Conditions», as well as compliance with a photo or video of the real situation in checked object.
Responsibilities of the parties
Responsibility for all information about the rental objects displayed on the site, including photos, description, location and prices, is borne by the owner / agency of this facility who provided this information. The administration of the site in every possible way tries to check all the data on apartments and houses that are located on the site, but we can not guarantee 100% reliability of the published information.
Owners/agents of the facilities are also fully responsible for the prepayment and payment for the accommodation they charge with the Guests.
The guest, for his part, is responsible for providing true data about himself, the dates of residence, the purpose of renting the property (if required by the owner), and is responsible for observing the rules of booking and residence issued by the owner of the property.
In the case of threats, insults and obscene language towards the representative of the company and/or the company doba.ua, the Site Administration has the right to block the user profile of the site doba.ua for a period of 3 to 30 days or permanently, at the discretion of the Administration. However, funds paid by the user are not refundable.
Guarantees
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the decency of every owner whose offers are posted on our website. But satisfied customers is our main goal, so we carefully consider each complaint of customers for the apartments that we have located, or on their owners. We guarantee that we stop cooperating with the owners, who received more than two valid complaints!
We also want to inform you that citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive in the territory of the administrative-territorial unit at which the decision of the local council on the establishment of a tourist tax operates and receive (consume) services for temporary residence (overnight) with the obligation to leave the place of stay in the specified term in accordance with Art. 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, are the payers of the tourist tax.
By agreeing to these rules, you confirm that you are familiar with the procedure for collecting the tourist tax in the local budget.
