Информация не является актуальной. На сайте квартира указана Комарова,30,на самом деле квартира находится на Комарова 31а/б, но этот дом на другой стоДалеероне улицы  намного дальше  и расположен крайне неудобно, так как возле дома все   перекопано.
Предварительно договорились о дате и скинули 300гр.залога На сайте цена указана 1000 грн.на сутки,на самом деле скзали 1200.!!.Два раза переспросила не прокурена ли квартира?.Ответ был "нет, ни в коем случае".Приехали ближе к вечеру, квартира не была готова совсем, с "боем" нас впустили в эти "хоромы".Это не квартира ,а какой-то ужас! Грязь везде, вонь невыносимая, хотя открыты были все окна .Прокурено до тошноты! Кровати продавлены, третья комната была закрыта вообще. Мебель очень старая и изношенная. Фотографии не отвечают действительности .В ванную комнату вообще страшно было зайти. Мы не стали поселяться в эту квартиру ,так как договоренности были нарушены .Деньги нам  вернуть отказались.Нагрубила, бросила трубку и заблокировала телефон. К слову сказать,что более чем  за 10 лет командировок и поездок по Украине и пользование любимым сайтом "Доба",с таким ужасом и с таким хамским отношением столкнулись впервые. Очень хочется заявить в соответствующие органы.

Велика, простора, зручна квартира. Фото і опис відповідають. Чиста постіль, чистий посуд. Зручності працюють "без нюансів" , як інколи буваєДалее)) Поруч зручні зупинки транспорту, хороший супермаркет та різні місця де перекусити чи повноцінно пообідати смачно і недорого. Є де паркувати своє авто, тихий затишний двір в спальному районі. Враження від проживання приємні.
