Был в отеле в Харькове в июне 2021.
При бронировании несколько раз обратил внимание, что хочу поселиться именно в этом номере, был готов внести Далеепредоплату. Меня предупредили, что стоимость не 600, а 800 грн. в сутки "в связи с бронью на выходные дни" и уверили, что номер для меня забронирован и предоплата не нужна.
По приезду оказалось, что забронированный мной номер занят. В таких ситуациях обычно приносят извинения и делают огромные скидки, но мне предложили другой номер, за 950 грн./сутки (скидки не предоставили, т.к. он 4-х местный). Фактически 4-х местный - это двухместный, в который впихнули дополнительный диванчик. Качество номера - 4 из 5, при том, что я не привередливый. В целом гостиница норм, но вход ужасный - через грязный внутренний дворик, вход через подвал (пахнет соответственно подвалом).

В целом - не рекомендую, сервис из прошлого века ("не нравится - не покупайте"). Предварительные договоренности не действуют, едете "в никуда" - предоставят то, что есть свободное в наличии, или предложат проехать в гостиницу по другому адресу.

На сайте указано, что цена за сутки 600 грн. При звонке оказалось, что стоимость жилья уже 800 грн. Я списала это на срочность, так как это было за дДалееень до приезда. Но по приезду вас ждёт ещё одна неожиданность - стоимость жилья за сутки возросла до 950 грн. В общем, квартиру мы так и не сняли ввиду недобросовестных хозяев. Категорично не рекомендую!
