Beautiful new apartment with designer renovation in the very center of the city. Daily and hourly. Gogolya Street 2a. Closed clean courtyard with a code lock. Renovated entrance, new elevator.
A wonderful view from the windows to Gogol Square and Ave Plaza. The accent of the interior is the sliding glass walls of the bedroom. The predominance of white creates a festive and light mood. Very comfortable sleeping places - a double bed with an orthomattress and a fold-out sofa. The Istorichesky Muzey metro station is a 3-minute walk away, the Universitet and Beketova metro stations are 5-7 minutes away. The Pushkinskaya metro station is a 10-minute walk away. And Pushkinskaya and Sumskaya streets are 1 minute away. Constitution Square is 3 minutes away. Svobody Square is 10 minutes away. Nikolsky Shopping Mall is 3 minutes away and Doctor Alex Clinic is 1 minute away on foot.
Price from 700 to 850 UAH/day depending on rental period and number of guests.
For New Year's Eve, the minimum booking is 4 days (31st and 1st at double rate).
When moving in, we take a refundable deposit in the amount of the daily cost in case of damage to property or loss of keys (also, smoking is not allowed in our apartments)
