Красивая новенькая квартира с дизайнерским ремонтом в самом центре города. Посуточно и почасово. Улица Гоголя 2а.
Прекрасный вид из окон на сквер Гоголя и Аве Плаза. Акцент интерьера - раздвижные стеклянные стены спальни. Преобладание белого создает праздничное и легкое настроение. Очень удобные спальные места - двуспальная кровать с ортоматрасом и раскладной диван. До метро Исторический Музей 3 минуты пешком, до метро Университет и Бекетова 5- 7 минут. Метро Пушкинская 10 минут пешком. А до улицы Пушкинская и Сумская - 1 минута. Площадь Конституции в 3 минутах. Площадь Свободы 10 минут. До трц Никольский 3 мин и до клиники Доктор Алекс 1 мин пешком.
Цена от 700 до 800 грн/сут в зависимости от сроков аренды и числа проживающих.
На Новый год минимальная бронь от 4 суток ( 31 и 1 число по двойному тарифу).
При вселении берем возвращаемый залог в размере суточной стоимости на случай порчи имущества или утери ключей ( также у нас не курят в квартирах)
