Поверх 3 із 5. Балкон, простора ванна кімната. Спальні місця 2+2 (двоспальне ліжко з високим ортопедичним матрацом та розкладний диван).
Кондиціонер, телевізор діагональ 40, Смарт ТВ, містка пральна машина, повноцінний холодильник, бойлер на 80л, свч, фен, праска+прасувальна дошка і т.д. Стабільний wifi від Макснет. Квартира світла і дуже затишна з гарним виглядом із вікон на історичні будівлі.
Ціна вказана від двох діб у будні для однієї або двох осіб. Беремо повертаєму заставу для збереження майна. Палити в квартирі не можна, а на балконі скільки завгодно. Бронюйте, будемо Вам раді.
