Цитадельна, 9, в елітному Печерському районі, в самому центрі Києва, біля метро "Печерська", "Арсенальна» або «Кловська». 1-й поверх 5-поверхового цегляного будинку. Є броньовані двері, всі необхідні меблі, всього 3 спальних місця (велике двоспальне ліжко і розкладне крісло). У квартирі євроремонт, кахель, ламінат на підлозі, металопластикові вікна з гратами виходять в тихий двір.
    У розпорядженні: безлімітний інтернет (Wi-Fi), великий телевізор (200 кабельних каналів), пральна машина-автомат, мікрохвильовка, електрочайник, фен, праска, вентилятор, обігрівач, завжди чисті постільні та лазневі приналежності, є весь необхідний посуд.
   У 5-ти хвилинах ходьби цілодобовий супермаркет, парковка у дворі або поруч платна. Недалеко знаходяться: ЦВК, Києво-Печерська Лавра, Макдональдс, Печерський РАГС, Бессарабська площа, "Мандарин Плаза", "АРЕНА Сіті".
   Для тривалого проживання існує система знижок.
Ціна оренди погодинно від 100 грн. в годину. Без комісійних.
За потреби надаємо звітні документи.
Поселення здійснюється цілодобово!

При разговоре с владельцем оказалось что цена выше чем на сайте, ну да бог с ним подумал. А в итоге по прибытию на квартиру оказалось что это совершенно другая квартира не соответствующая фото.
