В квартире строго запрещается курить, НЕ ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНА для компаний, дней рождение, вечеринок, дискотек и т.д При заселении обязательно наличие паспорта и депозитная залоговая сумма (сумма оговаривается индивидуально). Максимальное размещение 2 человека.
