Максимальное кол-во гостей: 3 (1-2 взрослых + дети).

В квартире:

- гостиная-студия с зоной кухни и раскладным диваном;
- отдельная спальня с двуспальной кроватью и шкафом-купе;
- оборудованная кухня с варочной поверхностью, встроенной духовкой, холодильником, вытяжкой.
- большие видовые окна с видом на озеро.
- большая ванная комната с ванной, стиральной машиной, бойлером.

УСЛОВИЯ ПРОЖИВАНИЯ:

- возраст гостей от 23х лет.
- заселение с 14-15:00, выселение в 11:00;
- наличие паспорта при заселении и бронировании обязательно;
- страховой залог 1000 грн. оплачивается на карту;
- проживание с животными, курение, зажигание свечей в квартире строго запрещено, стоят датчики дыма;
- квартира предназначена только для тихого проживания; под празднования, вечеринки, шумные встречи с друзьями квартира не сдается! На этаже камеры!
- дом закрытый, под охраной,
- вся техника на сигнализации,
- выдаем квитанции частным лицам (ФОП).
- постельное белье стирается в прачечной, идеальная чистота.


ЖК "Славутич" (2019), ул. Заречная, в 2х минутах пешком от станции метро "Славутич".До центра города 10 минут на метро. Рядом с комплексом расположены пляжи и берег Днепра. Комплекс стоит на берегу реки и прямо у входа в метро. Платная и бесплатная парковка. Рядом расположен большой Жк Заречный. На территории комплексов много супермаркетов, кофейня и пиццерий, аптек, салонов красоты, очень много интересных детских площадок, спорт площадок. В пешей доступности супермаркет "NOVUS", удобная транспортная развязка. Близко ехать в аэропорт "Борисполь" (20 мин), прямая трасса.
