We invite you to a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the city center, located in the new residential complex “Povitroflotskyi Kvartal” at 1v Sholudenko Street, next to the “Polytechnic Institute” metro station and not far from “Lukianivska” station. Across the street is OHMATDYT Hospital, and within 5 minutes’ walk you’ll find Smart Plaza shopping mall. The apartment has an area of 50 sq.m., situated on the 19th floor, with three elevators.

The building is equipped with a bomb shelter and a generator (ensuring operation of elevators, heating, water, and lighting in the building during outages).

After that, guests are responsible for restocking everyday supplies themselves.

The residential complex consists of three buildings with a large enclosed courtyard. Each entrance has security, magnetic key access, and video surveillance. The inner yard features a spacious children’s playground, sports areas.
