Before entering the courtyard of our house there is an automatic barrier (a key fob for opening is included with the keys to the apartment), the house is equipped with video surveillance on both sides, which allows you to park your car on the adjacent site or there are paid parking lots nearby. The maximum occupancy in the apartment is 3 guests. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. When checking in, you must have your passport and a security deposit (refundable upon check-out).
