Хороша акустика - вночі в спальні чути як люди виходять і розмовляють із ліфта (квартира зразу біля нього), а десь у сусіда увечері та зранку Далееволає немовля. Інтернет працює із перебоями і не по усій квартирі. Територія закрита, але, виявляється, для того щоб виїхати треба кожного разу дзвонити на телефон до хазяйки квартири (брелока не передбачено). Сама ж хазяйка дозволя грубості в розмові і відверте хамство. Вигляд із вікон на пивзавод. Кожного дня з вулиці, в основному вдень, був легкий запах диму.  Софа на кухні поламана. На фото є комод і крісло у спальні - їх по факту не було. Не було також ні шампуня ні електрочайника (вказані у описі). Кранбукси в душі теж погано працюють (дуже важко відрегулювати воду). Також злив у душі забитий - води по щиколотки набігає (є відео). Стіл хилитається (є відео), хоча перед оплатою попереджалося що треба зручне робоче місце. Посуд, кастюлі, сковорідка та інше якості "на викид". Власниця попросила додаткові 100грн за другу людину, хоча в оголошенні вказана що сума за 2(3)х.
