Квартира соответсвует фото, чистенько, но места немного. Огорчало, что по вечерам пропадала горячая вода, нужно было ждать пока она нагреется или подсДалеетраиватся под соседей, которые ее и расходовали. Зато очень хорошее отопление. Приветливая хозяйка. Обеспечена хорошая безопасность, за вещи можно не переживать, все под находится под камерами в подъезде и замками. В квартире есть все удобства, что необходимы туристу. Расположение неплохое, рядом есть магазины, продукты, рынок. К Оперному театру 7 мин. пешком. В целом квартира  очень неплохая.
