Я дуже рідко пишу відгуки, але щодо цього житла потрібно написати, щоб інші люди не розраховували на чистоту і гарний стан цієї квартири, як це зробилДалееа я, дивлячись на гарні фото, яким, мабуть, років 10... Я вибрала по об'яві інше житло цього власника по вулиці Гоголя, але зателефонувавши за день до приїзду, була прикро вражена, що мене "переселили" в цю квартиру по вулиці Замарстинівська навіть не попередивши. Тобто якби я не зателефонувала сама, це був би сюрприз по приїзду. Із залізничного вокзалу можна доїхати трамваєм 6 або 9 прямо під під'їзд, але чомусь адміністратор Назар сказав вийти на декілька зупинок раніше і я з дитиною, з великою сумкою і декількома меншими йшли довго й нудно за Назаром до цієї квартири. Коли нарешті дійшли до третього поверху і я побачила цю квартиру в мене був шок!!! По-перше, фото дуже не відповідають реальності (хіба що розташування меблів), по-друге - квартира дуже занедбана в плані чистоти, а по-третє - її навіть ніхто не прибрав після минулих "квартирантів" і не замінили білизну і рушники. Хоча адміністратор Назар робив вигляд, що все норм. Мабуть, якби я не стала обурюватись і вказувати на це, так би ніхто й не прийшов її прибирати. Та після такого-сякого прибирання, звісно, я ще сама багато чого витирала серветками і дезінфікувала. Мікрохвильовка, холодильник взагалі не миються. Тому людям, які поважають себе і полюбляють чистоту, квартири цієї власниці я не рекомендую. Я не робила загальних фото, щоб побачити відмінності між фото на сайті і реальністю (та це небо і земля), але я зробила фото занедбаних місць.
