The price depends on the number of days and people staying, and may also change during state, city-wide holidays, forums, exhibitions. It can range from 700 UAH. to 1300 UAH. sometimes higher. Rules for accommodation: Housing is rented only for the accommodation of a specifically previously agreed number of people. The apartment is prohibited from holding any mass events of an entertaining or any other nature (birthdays, parties, corporate parties, etc.) without notifying the owner.
