The price is indicated per 1 person.<br /> One-room apartment in the pedestrian zone of the very center of Lviv. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story old Polish house. The entrance to the apartment is from the front door.<br /> Apartment with European-quality repair, area 26 sq.m. Hot and cold water is supplied to the apartment around the clock. There is underfloor heating.<br /> In the hall there is a double bed with two bedside tables, a stylish soft corner, and a coffee table.<br /> The kitchen has all the kitchen furniture and utensils.<br /><br /> The price depends on the number of days and people staying, and may also change during state and city holidays, forums, exhibitions. It can be from 700 UAH to 1200 UAH, sometimes even higher.<br /><br /> Rules for living:<br /> The housing is rented only for a specific number of people, previously agreed upon.<br /><br /> It is prohibited to hold any mass events of entertainment or any other nature (birthdays, parties, corporate events, etc.) in the apartment without notifying the owner. Reception of any guests (familiar and unfamiliar) is possible only by prior arrangement with us.<br /><br /> In case of violation of this rule, the owner reserves the right to unilaterally evict tenants before the end of the lease term without refund of rent.
