The house has a refined entrance, on the walls of which are sculpted paintings of the famous Lviv artist.<br /> The convenient location distinguishes the apartment: nearby is the railway station, the station market, near which is the supermarket &quot;Sunduk&quot; and all transport interchanges. The Opera House is about 15 minutes walk or 2 bus stops away.<br /><br /> The room, with an area of 24 sq.m., has a new double bed, a folding double ottoman, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a mirror, a TV, an iron with an ironing board. The room has an exit to the balcony. In winter, heating is provided by a double-circuit boiler. Cold and hot water is supplied to the apartment around the clock.<br /><br /> The bathroom, which is 3 sq.m., includes a toilet and a shower cabin, and there is a hair dryer and towel dryer.<br /><br /> The kitchen, which has an area of 12 sq.m., has built-in furniture and appliances, a full set of dishes, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a table, and 3 chairs.<br /><br /> The price includes one set of linen.<br /><br /> Rules for living:<br /> The housing is rented only for a specific number of people, previously agreed upon.<br /><br /> It is prohibited to hold ANY MASS events of entertainment or any other nature in the apartment.<br /><br /> In case of violation of this rule, the owner reserves the right to unilaterally evict tenants before the end of the lease term without refund of rent.
