Нормальная квартира. 1й этаж, соотв.фото в принципе.видео что делали квартирку для сдачи, а не для себя. В принципе новая мебель, но диван и стены слеДалеегда ободраны.местоположение- до площади рынок и оперного идти 2 минуты.самый центр. Странно что вовсе нет батарей, зимой наверное, холодно. Чуть есть щапах сырости, но нет никаких насекомых-это большой плюс.Стиральной машинки тоже нет. Инет работает, телек тоже. За 420 грн/сутки отличный вариант для 3-4 человек.
