Квартира расположена в пешеходной зоне самого центра города.
В зале находятся двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, две тумбочки, удобный диван, вешалка для одежды, журнальный стол, LCD телевизор. В комнате также есть камин, картины. Площадь зала 27 кв.м.

Спальная комната с двуспальной кроватью с ортопедическим матрасом и второй тумбочки, удобный мягкий уголок, журнальный стол, вешалку для одежды, репродукции картин. Площадь спальной комнаты 22 кв.м.

Кухня полностью обеспечена всей современной бытовой техникой. В ней есть кухонный уголок, который сделан из натурального дерева, холодильник, микроволновая печь, электрочайник, набор посуды, зеркало. Площадь кухни 10 кв.м.

Ванная комната в себя включает: классическую акриловую ванну, умывальник, туалет, зеркало с полочкой, стиральную машинку, полотенцесушитель, встроенные полочки для мелких вещей. Площадь ванной комнаты 6 кв.м.

В квартире обеспечена круглосуточная подача горячей и холодной воды.

При аренде apartments выдается один комплект постельного белья. При необходимости, дополнительные комплекты необходимо заказывать заранее и за дополнительную плату.

Цена зависит от количества суток и проживающих людей, а также может изменяться во время проведения государственных, общегородских праздников, форумов, выставок.

Правила при проживании:
Жилье сдается только для проживания в нем конкретно обговорённого предварительно количество человек.

Прием любых гостей (знакомых и незнакомых) возможен только по предварительной договоренности с нами.

Гости, внесли арендную плату, считаются что ознакомились с правилами проживания в квартире.
