The entrance with ornate gratings, paving of the floor, an antique piano are witnesses of the early 20th century. A large window overlooks the roof of the Voskresennia Theatre.<br /> Cosmetic repairs were carried out in December 2017.<br /> In a couple of minutes you can walk to the Opera House, and if you turn in the opposite direction, the oldest park in Ukraine with a cafe and a children&#39;s playground will open its arms to you.<br /> Very convenient transportation interchange. Nearby are: central railway ticket offices, Institute of Physical Education, Frank University, Regional Police Department. Theaters, banks, inexpensive cafes and restaurants - all within walking distance!<br /> At your service is a new double bed, microwave, hair dryer and TV with 20 channels. There is also WI-FI.
