Поруч розташовані: центральні залізничні каси, Інститут фізкультури, Університет ім. Франка, Обласне Управління Поліції. Театри, банки, недорогі кафе і ресторанчики, - все це в кроковій доступності!
 До Ваших послуг нова двоспальне ліжко, мікрохвильовка, фен і телевізор з 20 каналами. Є також Wі-Fі. Санвузол, розрахований на 2 кімнати, знаходиться в корідорі.
Палити в кімнаті заборонено.
