Могу рекомендовать хозяина.Чисто,аккуратно,все возникающие вопросы решаются оперативно.Живу у Сергея не первый раз,никогда не оставалось негатива.По вДалееопросу самой apartments-тоже полностью устраивает,есть все необходимое.

Хозяин apartments повел себя очень непрофессионально и непорядочно. За месяц до поездки, как только приобрели ж\д билеты, позвонили и договорились об арДалееенде apartments на 8 дней майских праздников. Хозяин все подтвердил, условились с ним созвониться еще раз за неделю до выезда. Позвонили за 10 дней - оказалось, что он не может нас принять, и квартира на этот период занята другими людьми. Сослался на то, что какому-то человеку "продлили командировку". А наши телефоны (оставляли два номера) куда-то пропали и он не мог позвонить. Видимо, записи о брони пропали тоже. В общем, мы за 10 дней до приезда, имея все билеты на руках и распланированную поездку, оказались в очень неприятной ситуации, и вынуждены искать другое жилье. И это в период когда все у всех уже занято!  Думали, что хозяин apartments серьезно относится к своим обязанностям, и договоренность за 30 дней имеет какой-то вес. Оказалось, что нет, и что выполнять договоренность, как и отвечать на наши звонки, он не собирается. Никому не пожелаем попасть в такую ситуацию, ошибочно рассчитывая на порядочность Сергея.

Если вы хотите забронировать жилье, а потом остаться у разбитого корыта, и слушать короткие гудки "занято" в телефоне - этот вариант для вас.

Ни копейки передоплаты не сделали, за неделю до приезда ещё только хотели уточнить, искали варианты подешевл�Show, чтобы бесплатно ещё получилось, сейчас поэмы здесь пишет.
