Снимали с женой эту квартиру. Квартира небольшая с простеньким ремонтом, НО в квартире было все необходимое （кондиционер, телевизор, утюг, кухонные и Далееспальные пренадлежности, полотенца и т.д.）
а расположение просто супер －квартира выходит в парк Шевченко, до моря 10 минут. Квартира очень уютная. Хозяева ответственные, честные и приветливые люди. Рекомендую эту квартиру и этих хозяевов！Спасибо！
