Розмір кімнати(кладовкі з вікном) в якій проживали 1,5 м. на 3 м. .Таких кімнат на поверсі 3, є ще дві більші.  Балкон тільки в одноДалеему номері. Туалет, пралка, душ в одній кімнаті: приблизно на 10 чоловік.
Від пралки, власники, відключають воду, щоб контролювати процес прання, тому прала в ручну, щоб лишній раз не турбувати і щоб незаглядали що саме я перу (бо заглядають).
Коли я попрала підодіяльник, то власниця влаштувала допит чи не засцяли.
По безпеці: придоставили вентилятор без захисної металевої сітки в кімнаті 1,5м*3м.
Постіль для гостей і після гостей перуть при t.40(бачила). На застеляній постелі я не бачила згинів від прасування.
Інтер'єр: все з далечезного минулого. Розеткі вимикачі, якщо замінені, то на самі дешеві, при користуванні, м'яко кажучи, незручні.
Підлога скрипить і від цього створюються незручності для всіх.
Кухня-курілка не повноцінна, тому що знаходиться на вулиці.
Всі ми дорослі люди, але коли тобі постійно дають установки, критикують і ти ще за це платиш гроші.
Плюс у всьому знайшла: хочеться швидше звалити з того "котеджу", що дало змогу не лінуватись, а ходити більше по Одесі і харчуватись по кафешках.

Антонина, владелица apartments, к клиентам относится не добросовестно, деньги которые она объявляет за предоставление услуг сдачи жилья 250 грн с человеДалеека, как указано на сайте - на самом деле нет такой суммы по приезду по данному адресу Одесса, ул. Каманина 15 не соответствуют нормам гигиены, (это грязная посуда на кухне, нет посуды для приготовлении горячих блюд, чайник для чая вообще грязный, средств для мытья посуды нет, туалетной бумаги нет, душ на втором этаже грязный, краны в душевой не крутить, сказала Антонина, не будет горячей, Кондиционер DEKKER грязный, чистку 100% не проходит нормам стандартам, вешалки для одежды сломанные, паутина в углах которую владелица не убирает после выезда отдыхающих, замок у ворот болтается, при выходе на улицу во дворе сложена брусчатка, которая лиает свободного пространства, горячей воды на улице нет, чтобы мыть посуду, и овощи и фрукты вообще негде помыть, умывальник грязный, сковорода грязная, средств для мытья посуды мыло 72% огрызок для мытья рук вообще нет, столики уличные грязные, соты также, потому оставляю свои впечатления, чтобы люди видели нужно требовать за предоставленные услуги.
