Высокий первый этаж (бельэтаж). Две раздельные спальни, + столовая,
кухня, ванная.  В одной комнате: две кровати, шкаф, стол, кондиционер, телевизор. В другой комнате:
большая кровать, диван, шкаф, кондиционер. Постельное бельё.
Большая ванная комната, стиральная машина-автомат. На кухне большой холодильник, газовая плита, посуда, своя горячая вода через газовую колонку. Интернет Wi-Fi .
Рядом Лермонтовский санаторий, в котором можно принимать процедуры и обедать.
До моря - пляж Отрада  - пройти между двумя санаториями и
спуститься к воде,.
Рядом парк Шевченко с аттракционами,  Дельфинарий на соседнем пляже Ланжерон.
До аквапарка с аттракционами и искусственной
рекой и ночных клубов Аркадии можно доехать по берегу моря на
электромобиле за 20 минут.
До Дерибасовской - минут 15 пешком
До Привоза - 4 остановки на трамвае № 28
До вокзала - 3 остановки на трамвае № 28
