До моря – пляжи Дельфин, Калетон, Инклюзивный 15 минут пешком. До парка Победы 5 мин. Рядом находятся супермаркеты, Новая почта, банки, детские площадки, удобная транспортная развязка со всеми частями города. До ЖДвокзала, Привоза, Аркадии 5 минут на маршрутке. В квартире есть две двуспальные кровати, раскладной диван, Вай-фай, телевизоры, кондиционеры, горячая вода, холодильник, микроволновка, посуда, постельное белье, стиральная машина, утюг, фен. Квартира сдается для 4-5 человек, без домашних питомцев на срок не менее 7 суток. Наличие документов и аванс обязательно. Выселение до 12 часов. Заселение 14 час. Цена 1500 грн. за сутки не зависимо от количества гостей. Раннее бронирование (август, сентябрь) - скидка.
