Сдам свою 2-к квартиру в центре Одессы, возле пляжа Отрада, проспект Шевченко, 2.
Элитный район города, 1я станция Большого Фонтана. 52м площади и балкон, раздельные комнаты, раздельный санузел с ванной. Двуспальная кровать и 2 двуспальных дивана, вместимость 6 спальных мест.
Вся мебель и бытовая техника. Домофон. Скоростной Wifi, всегда есть газ, вода и Тэц отопление, свет почти не отключают. В тихом дворе.
Очень чисто и светло - 4 трехстворчатых окна с красивым видом на ели и центральный вход университета. В квартиру легко и быстро подняться и спуститься - 2й этаж 6ти этажного спецпроекта, практически свой отдельный вход с торца дома.
Рядом жд вокзал и Привоз - 15 мин пешком, пляж Отрада - 5 мин пешком. Военный госпиталь - 3 мин пешком. Клиника Филатова - 15 мин пешком. Театр Музкомедии, торгово-выставочный центр, кафе, рестораны, Вузы, супермаркеты - 5 мин пешком. Аркадия - 5 мин на авто.
