Beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the very center of the city with a sea view
The apartment is located in close proximity to Shevchenko Park with a sea view. Only 10 minutes on foot to Lanzheron Beach, the Dolphinarium. It takes just 20 minutes to walk to Deribasovskaya Street.

Отдыхали в Одессе семьей из трех человек (Июль 2016)
Выбрали эту квартиру , потому что хотели объединить прелести морского курорта и блиДалеезость к достопримечательности города . Отличное место положение. До моря 10 минут пешком. Легко добраться до исторических мест, рынка , вокзала, и знаменитой Аркадии . Если лень куда то ехать , рядом парк Шевченко с аттракционами и дельфинарий. Квартира: зал и спальня объединены лоджией с видом на моря и парк (12 этаж) . Все соответствует описанию на сайте . Кухня просторная со всем необходимым . по нашему мнению из apartments можно "выжить" большее (до 5-6 мест), установив в кухне диван. Хозяева apartments ,молодая пара, живущая рядом , порядочные и отзывчивые люди . Помогали решать возникающие в процессе отдыха вопросы и просьбы . Отдельная благодарность Ольге за заботу и настроения и атмосферу, созданную вокруг нашего отдыха .

Мы отдыхали в Одессе в июне (вдвоем). Снимали данную квартиру (связались через этот сайт).
Созвонились - нам ответила девушка с Далееприятным голосом (как оказалось - хозяйка). Она и встретила нас у apartments (приветливая и доброжелательная). Приятно, что она пошла нам на встречу в плане времени заселения и выселения.
Квартира в хорошем новом доме с пропускной системой, полностью соответствует описанию на сайте (светлая, просторная, чистая). Место расположения удобно как для похода на центральный пляж (Ланжерон, 10-15 минут пешком), так и для прогулок по городу (до Дерибассовской 10-15минут => до остановки + маршрутка; впрочем, можно и пешком). Рядом есть продуктовые магазинчики и кафе. Нам понравилась вареничная неподалеку.
Для нас было немного странным не найти крупных супермаркетов неподалеку, но, возможно, мы плохо искали. В Одессе есть и более интересные места ;-)
Одесса запомнилась светлой и праздничной, но контрастной. Отдыхом довольны. В следующий раз остановились бы там же.
