8. Новая посуда (Luminarc).
9. Круглосуточно горячая вода.
10. Мы работаем официально и платим налоги. Для командировочных предоставляем отчетную документацию (3 группа для юр. и физ. лиц).

Опытные дизайнеры все продумали до мелочей. Ремонт выполнен из качественных материалов в стиле Хай-тек. Цветовая гамма - восхитительна, доминирует палитра зеленого цвета в оттенках от салатового до бирюзового (цвета морской волны). Фото апартаментов соответствует на 100%. Вся техника рабочая и все в квартире исправно и бесперебойно функционирует. Круглосуточно горячая вода. Во дворе бесплатный паркинг, двор на ночь закрывается, авто хорошо видно из окна. Расчетное время суток 12 дня. Для компаний под празднования НЕ сдаем! Курение, проживание с животными запрещено. О раннем и поздним поселении/выселении предупреждайте заранее, так как в ночное время суток не работаем. Ждем Вас днем в удобное для Вас время!
