Have a document confirming your identity with you.<br /><br /> 2. A deposit of 300 UAH is given upon entry (if you haven’t lost the key, it is returned upon exit).<br /><br /> 3. No pets.<br /><br /> 4. No parties.<br /><br /> 5. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed.<br /><br /> 6. No noise after 10:00 pm<br /><br /> 7. For the third person there is an additional charge of +100 UAH.<br /><br /> CHECK IN: 13:00 or later.<br /> DEPARTURE: at 11:00 or earlier.<br /><br /> Also, within a minute&#39;s walk there is a 24-hour store, banks, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants.<br /><br /> The windows overlook a quiet courtyard.
