Станіслав шахрай і брехун! Ціна вказана 500 грн,про факту зідрав 850 грн + 100 залог ! Поселив взагалі в іншу квартиру ,не в ту що домовлялись напДалееередодні ! На показ сам не приїздить ,присилає помічницю,яка через 2 хвилини втекла! І тепер зрозуміло чому: Фото зроблені в максимально вигідному ракурсі,де частково зроблений примітивний ремонт ! А насправді квартира в дуже поганому стані ! Вонь в квартирі страшенна!Постільна білизна, пледи,подушки все пропахле потняками і стариною! Все постільне з секонд-хенду! Нічого не переться і не прасується! З холодильника воняє трупним запахом! Чашки/тарілки щербаті. На весь потолок в кімнаті намальований нецензурний малюнок! Підлога грязна і місцями липка. Телевізор не вмикається, wi-fi не працює,фену немає. Пощастило, що я брала свої полотенця і ним обмотувала подушки,щоб хоч трохи менше відчувати цей смрад потняків. Враження самі найгірші, як від квартири ,так і від «власника». Після тієї конури хочеться викупатись в дезінфекційних засобах.

У нас оплата 550грн с человека+доплата 300грн за гостя , в сумне 850грн , квартира полностью соответствует фото, �Showодератору видео отправлял уже, если квартира не нравится, то не снимайте, а придумывать, что все грязное и искать недостатки, то это можно найти на любой квартире, одним словом не нравится-не снимай!!

Квартира зовсім не та що на фото, а меблі там старі, поламані та пошарпані, прохолодно, на балконі відсутнє одне скло, постіль та рушники старі та подДалееерті і не зрозуміло як давно вони пралися, на кухні та у ванній протікають крани, з бачка теж вода постійно тече, зламалася лійка в душовій. Чоловік який представився хазяїном вимагає оплату більшу ніж вказана.

Этот отзыв не относится к нашей квартире,
у нас как минимум все стекла в квартире на балконе на месте стоя�Show и краны новые, ничего не течёт, если квартиру снимали не ту, что на фото, то зачем сюда что-то писать?
