Знімали квартиру на 2 доби у вихідні дні.
Хочеться почати з приємного:
Квартира прибрана добре, на цьому приємне закінчується.
ПершеДалее що не сподобалось і на що потрібно звертати увагу це ЦІНА, за вихідні та святкові дні ціна майже в половину вища, про що нас не попередили завчасно, та вже поставили перед фактом після того як ми приїхали + до того додається ще залогова сума ( як пояснювала власниця - ця сума знімається якщо втратили ключ, хоча, думаю що не тільки за це)
1.Планування максимально не зручне, будьте готові до того що посеред кухні стоїть сушка де сушиться постіль і рушники після попередніх орендаторів
Хоча найбільше не зручним є санвузол.
Щоб сходити на унітаз потрібно скуртитись в два рази, місця дуже мало що по боках, що по переду, де розміщена маленька не зручна раковина, також відкривання дверки в душ, потрібно максимально забитись в кут, щоб відкрити. На підлозі постійно вода, через те що виливається з душу
2. Отоплення в квартирі взагалі не має, ні радіаторів ні обігрівачів. Від цього в квартирі прохолодно та збирається конденсат на вікнах та підвіконню.
3. До найближчого магазину йти 20 хвилин, про інші заклади я мовчу
4. Під час нашого перебування там, закінчився інтернет( потрібно було оплатити) на перших два дзівінки власниця відповіла що оплатить, на третій сказала що має багато роботи, у зв'язку з поселенням інших людей в інші квартири та не має часу на це.
Відповідно ніхто нічого не оплачував та ону добу були зовсім без інтернету.
Висновок: найгірша квартира яку ми знімали!!!

Місця біля унітазу достатньо для середн�Showостатистичної людини.
В квартирі зроблене опалення новітньої технології. Радіатори та батареї не потрібні.
Найближчий магазин через дорогу.
Інтернет не закінчився.
