Основний момент- власники заробляють на безвихідності клієнтів. По телефону обговорбється одна ціна, а у день заселення називає на 300 грн більше. МебДалеелі жахливі, квартира не прибрана. Відповідність у крітерії ціна- якість відсутня.

З одногрупницею приїхали здавати екзамен, з іншого міста, і так сталось що не змогли звязатись з власником де попередньо бронювали, і нам залишалось зДалеенайти квартиру за лічені години. оскільки квартири які ми самі обирали були вже зайняті, і нам запропонували альтернативу, подзвонила приємна жіночка і сказала що є хороша чиста квартира близько до центру з ціною 500 грн за ніч. діватись було нікуди,та ще були стомлені, тож погодились оскільки в нашому розумінні ціна=якість. Приїхавши на місце нам повідомили що квартира не на Миру 19 а на Миру 23 тож нам довелось ще блукати дворами добрячих 15 хвилин по болоті після дощу з валізами. Якщо б одразу сказали правильну адресу то на таксі було б логічніше добратись саме під правильний будинок а не як ми, під 19. Далі ми чекали пів години як нам повідомили на власника який начебто "застряг у пробці і скоро буде" а насправді проходив повз нас два рази виносячи і заносячи речі. видимо прибирав після попередніх клієнтів. Зайшовши у квартиру ми розчарувались, оскільки меблі часів періоду 90х, диван засалений, килим брудний і в плямах, в квартирі панував неприємний затхлий запах так розуміючи від того ж килима з диваном. Явно не ціна люкс 500 грн! власники просто скористались нашою безвихіддю і надали неякісний сервіс за завищену ціну.
