Современные светлые и просторные апартаменты - студия с дизайнерским ремонтом 2021року. Расположены в новостройке, рядом вся инфраструктура, до центра 10 минут ходьбы.
В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания и отдыха: подогрев пола, кондиционер, полностью укомплектованная кухня техникой и посудой, широкое двуспальная кровать + диван кровать.
Качественная постель и полотенца, чай, кофе, сахар, шампуни и гели для душа - все к вашим услугам.

- Мы официально зарегистрированы (ФЛП 3-я группа), и предоставляем отчетные документы на проживание для бухгалтерского отчета, что особенно важно для тех, кто приезжает в командировку.

- Все подъезд и территория дома оборудованы камерами видеонаблюдения.

ПРАВИЛА ПРОЖИВАНИЯ:
Апартаменты категорически не сдаются для разного рода вечеринок и торжеств.
Несовершеннолетним (до 18 лет) без сопровождения родителей апартаменты не сдаются.

Проживание с животными запрещено.

При поселении обязательно наличие оригинала документов: паспорта или водительского удостоверения.
Расчетное время 12.00.
Количество гостей, которые находятся в апартаментах должно соответствовать количеству оговоренных с владельцем при заселении.

В доме действуют строгие правила тихого часа после 22.00.
Если соседи будут жаловаться на шум, мы оставляем за собой право досрочного выселения. При этом средства за время аренды и страховой депозит не возвращается.
Бронирование апартаментов осуществляется путем предоплаты. Бронирование начинает действовать после получения предоплаты. Сумма составляет оплату за одни сутки (сумма предоплаты может варьироваться в зависимости от периода проживания).
