Квартира полностью укомплектована мебелью и бытовой техникой: двуспальная большая кровать, мягкий уголок, диван, WI - FI интернет, плазменный телевизор в каждой комнате, утюг, тостер, фен, СВЧ-печь, электродуховка, холодильник, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда . Качественная постель и полотенца, чай, кофе, сахар, шампуни и гели для душа - все к вашим услугам. Удобное расположение apartments: если Вы на автомобиле - удобный подъезд к дому, если пешком - хорошая транспортная развязка (самый центр). Неподалеку автовокзал, городской рынок, железнодорожный вокзал, супермаркет "Сильпо" и "Новус", Тернопольское озеро и парк. Мы официально зарегистрированы (ФЛП 3-я группа), и предоставляем отчетные документы о проживании для бухгалтерского отчета, что особенно важно для тех, кто приезжает в командировку. ПРАВИЛА ПРОЖИВАНИЯ: Квартира категорически не сдается для разного рода вечеринок и торжеств. Несовершеннолетним (до 18 лет) без сопровождения родителей квартира не сдается. Проживание с животными запрещено. Количество гостей, которые находятся в квартире должно соответствовать количеству оговоренных с владельцем при заселении. Если соседи будут жаловаться на шум, мы оставляем за собой право досрочного выселения. При этом средства за время аренды и страховой депозит не возвращается. При нарушении этих правил предусматривает немедленное выселение без возврата уплаченных средств. Весь подъезд и двор оборудован камерами видеонаблюдения. Поселение осуществляется с обязательным наличием оригинала паспорта или оригинала водительского удостоверения! Выселение apartments до 12.00. Бронирование apartments осуществляется путем предоплаты. Сумма составляет оплату за одни сутки. Бронирование начинает действовать после получения.
