Якісна постіль та рушники, чай, кава, цукор, шампуні і гелі для душу - все до ваших послуг.
Зручне місце розташування квартири: якщо Ви на автомобілі - зручний під'їзд до будинку, якщо пішки - хороша транспортна розв'язка (самий центр). Неподалік автовокзал, міський ринок, залізничний вокзал, супермаркет ”Сільпо” та ”Новус”, Тернопільське озеро і парк.

!!!! Ми офіційно зареєстровані (ФОП 3тя група), і надаємо звітні документи про проживання для бухгалтерського звіту, що особливо важливо для тих, хто приїзжає у відрядження.
ПРАВИЛА ПРОЖИВАННЯ:
!!!! Квартира категорично не здається для різного роду вечірок і святкувань.
!!!! Неповнолітнім особам (до 18років) без супроводу батьків квартира не здається.
!!!! Проживання з тваринами заборонено.
!!!! Кількість гостей, що знаходяться в квартирі повинна відповідати кількості обумовлених з власником при заселенні.
!!!! Якщо сусіди будуть скаржитись на шум, ми залишаємо за собою право дострокового виселення. При цьому кошти за час оренди і страховий депозит не повертається.
При порушенні цих правил передбачає негайне виселення без повернення сплачених коштів.
!!! Весь під’їзд та двір обладнаний камерами відеоспостереження

!!!! Поселення здійснюється за обов’язковою наявністю оригіналу паспорта, або оригіналу посвідчення водія.
!!!! виселення квартири до 12.00
!!!! Бронювання квартири здійснюється шляхом передоплати. Сума складає оплату за одну добу. Бронювання починає діяти після отримання.
