Новый Таунхаус, современный ремонт. Количество комнат для сдачи в аренду: три комнаты. На втором этаже два балкона, душевая, туалет, микроволновка, электрочайник, две комнаты с односпальными кроватями. Кровати формируются в двуспальное место.
Одна комната двуспальная кровать.
На первом этаже одна комната двуспальный диван, кухня, туалет, душевая, теплый пол. На кухне – газовая плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина, газовый котел.
В каждой комнате есть кондиционер, холодильник. Постельное белье, полотенца меняются через семь дней. Посуда, кастрюли, сковороды есть в наличии.
Минимальный срок проживания – 3 суток. Отдыхающие с животными не принимаются, животные могут находиться только на улице.
Цена всех комнат 450 гривен в сутки. В праздничные дни цена проживания меняется по договоренности.
Для семейных пар с малыми детьми цене за комнату - 550 гривен

Домовилися на одну суму проживання, а коли я погодилася, пізніше прислала мені інший прайс!
Коли засилилася, я здивувалася, що тДалееуалета і душу, як вказано, в номері не було. Він був на коридорі, де всі могли ним користуватися. Де я залишила туш, а потім її не знайшла!
А ще при заселені, власниця почала показувати, яке у неї все дороге і називати ціну, хоть мені це не потрібно! Меблі всі не першої свіжості і накриті якимись кусками пльонки, крісла накриті шторами. Штори потрібно відткривати саморобною палкою!
Плюс до цього була заморена після поїздки, а власниця не давала відпочити, через кожні 30 хв стукала в двері щоб показати, як штори закриваються палкою, а бо ще щось... Зате де кухня так і не показала!
У вечері і вночі було 8 градусів, а в кімнаті дуже холодно. Спочатку до неї підійшла моя сусідка, сказала, що холодно- відповіли, щоб укривалися ковдрою. Потім підійшла я. Вона почала на мене кричати, говорити, що я хамка, що мені нічого не дасть і я можу йти геть!
Потім не захотіла повертати гроші, і сказала, що візьме з мене не 450, а 500 ... Тому що так захотілося! Пока я не пригрозила поліцією, віддавати не хотіли.
