Квартира на першому поверсі, темна, сира, затихла, холодна, брудна. Не відповідає фото взагалі. Власникам рекомендую перед тим як здавати в оренду, зрДалееобити хоча б косметичний ремонт і не сушити постільну білизну в кімнаті.
