Квартира на перший погляд чиста, але коли ми почали розкладати диван зламаний, то мусору було ніби ніколи не прибирали.  Шумно, вікна виходяДалееть на дорогу, машини їздять увесь час, садочок навпроти, крик дітей зранку дуже чути, так як вікно зламане і не закривалося зовсім, і відкривалося постійно з стуком . Постільна білизна дуже синтетична і застірана, рушники з запахом. Вода з кранів з ароматом річки , мебель в кухні в жахливому стані, бігали таракани і у ванній теж . Холодильник погано працює, їда портилася постійно. Немає кондиціонера, дуже жарко, так як сонячна сторона . Залог Тетяна взяла на перед, але не повернула , ніби ми клейонку в кухні замастили, це смішно. Квартира стара з дешевим ремонтом ! Все скрипить, і двері і пол. Не рекомендую це житло! Жах!  Після спілкування з Тетяною залишився не приємний осадок .

Оце тiльки побачила цей опус. Думаю, що це таке? Хто мiг таке сфабрикувати? А як побачиила розмову про скатерку, Show�раз все стало на своi мicця. А ви iнакшого i не написали би. Таке казали менi по телефону... Ви п’ятеро жили по цiнi як за трьох. Все влаштовувало, радiли що знайшли недорого квартиру в центрi та обiцяли що будете всiм рекомендувати мою квартиру,  так? Я пiсля операцii, туди часто не могла ходити та величезну квартиру вбирати. От i цiну невисоку поставила, а ви щей кондiшен за ту плату хотiли ?) А коли я не весь завдаток вiддала вам, а вирахувала з нього цiну абсолютно нової скатертини - тут Остапа понесло. Я здаю багато рокiв, ви перша творчiстю зайнялись. Лiто жарке, коли полотенцям завонюватись?) Чому менi не сказали вiдразу про цей недолiк? Що там iх прати та сушити? Як ви заiджали було брудно, чому заiхали?) Малiновського одна з тихiших вулиць. Я не в горах здаю квартиру, а у центрi. Нажаль, проживши у кв , люди не пишуть, що вони задоволенi помешканням. А лише знятi 250 грн як у цiєї панi за зiпсовану рiч людей надихає на творчiсть. Я тяжко прaцюю, щоб заробити грошi, то чому, купивши нову рiч, я маю ii за свiй рахунок знову куплять, як що то ви ii зiпсували?
