Завжди намагаюсь залишати відгук, тому і тут залишу.

1. Це не квартира, а флігель. Не розумію, чому власник це не вказує.
2. Якщо вДалееам потрібен фен,праска, миючі засоби до пральної машини чи пароль до вайфай-відразу перед поселенням виясняйте ці питання, тому що в наявності його немає.
3. Посуд для приготування їжі є, але ні паперових рушників, ні звичайних кухонних, навіть простої  тряпочки немає. Стіл ви будете протирати туалетним папером.
4. Чистота. За ногами несеться все, тому будьте готові місити цей бруд поки ви живете. Ні віника ні швабри немає. Обов'язково майте свої капці, так як підлога холодна і знову ж таки брудна.
5. Душ. Дуже маленька душова,  яка є разом з туалетом і умивальником. Після прийняття душу все мокре. І знову на поміч приходить туалетний папір.
6. Так як вентиляції немає,  то вікна і двері на ранок мокрі. Тому на підвіконні не залишайте цінні речі + завжди вологі рушники, так як сушити їх немає де.
7. Щодо парковки авто...як такого немає. Ставили авто на проїзжій частині.
8 З плюсів розміщення до центральної частини міста і дозвіл на розміщення з собакою.

Якщо власник врахує всі мінуси, можливо і буде люкс...а так приміщення на трійку.
